Róisín Ní Neachtain (b. 1983, Switzerland) is an artist and writer. Her third collection of poetry is forthcoming with Broken Sleep Books. Her writing has placed and been shortlisted in a number of competitions and she was awarded the Dennis O’Driscoll Literary Bursary Award in 2022. Róisín is a professional member of Visual Artists Ireland and the Irish Writers Centre. She is also the founder of Orphic Press where she co-edits The Orphic Review. Róisín was awarded a first class honours in her Masters in Creative Writing at UCD and was awarded Publishing Ireland’s inaugural Breakthrough Award in 2024.

She is currently working on a novella and a picture-book.
